Indicators

The URX Core75 features multiple visual feedback indicators on the keys and case to indicate operating modes, connection status, lock toggles, battery percentage, and custom configurations.


Status Indicators Reference

The table below lists all indicators, their triggers, active colors, and physical key positions on the keyboard:

Caps Lock Caps Lock Static White Caps Lock is active (overrides current backlight effect)
Windows Lock Left Win Static White Windows key is locked (prevents accidental game interruptions)
Layout Switch Windows Caps Lock Blinking Yellow 1 time Confirms layout swap to Windows mode (Layer 0)
Layout Switch macOS Caps Lock Blinking Yellow 3 times Confirms layout swap to macOS mode (Layer 1)
Active Profile Q / W / E / R / T Blue / Green / White Highlights current mode when holding FN: Blue for BT Channels 1–3, Green for 2.4G, White for USB
Wireless Pairing Q / W / E / R Rapid Blinking Blue / Green Indicates pairing mode: Blue for BT Channels 1–3 (holding 3s), Green for 2.4G (holding 3s)
Wireless Reconnection Q / W / E / R Slow Blinking Blue / Green Indicates the keyboard is trying to reconnect to a previously paired wireless host device
macOS Active M Static Cyan Indicates that the macOS base layout (Layer 1) is currently active when holding FN
SOCD Cleaner S Static Red Indicates that SOCD Cleaner is active when holding FN. Only for WASD by default.
Sleep Standby Timer Function Row F1F12 Static Cyan Displays wireless sleep standby timeout when holding FN: F1 = 1m, F1-F3 = 3m, F1-F10 = 10m, F1-F12 = 30m
Battery Low Warning FN key Blinking Red slowly Battery charge is critically low (<= 20%) in wireless modes
Current Battery Level Numeric Row 10 Proportional color blocks Displays level: Green (> 50%), Yellow (21%–50%), Red (<= 20%), or Green Wave (charging). 1 Key = 10%
Factory Reset Spacebar Blinking then Solid Red Blinks Red for 3s, then turns solid Red for 1s before factory resetting
Wired Switch Block Active Channel key Blinking Red Switch blocked because physical switch is in USB mode or no cable is connected
USB No Power T key Blinking Red Switch blocked because you tried to switch to USB mode but no cable is connected or powered
RGB Test Mode All keys Cycle Red Green Blue White Enters the color check loop (Space cycles, any other key exits)
